Ability Description: This ability allows the wielder complete and utter control over natural resources, phenomenon, and scienfitic principles that they can manipulate to their will.
Ability History
Entropic Destruction is the counterpart to Entropic Creation. Combined, these two abilities make up Chaos. Unfortuantely any other information is redacted. Please be patient as I work to decode and translate the text.
Ability Application
(This is not an exhaustive list)
Destroy & Decay: Xavier can control, alter, or destroy already made structures and generate the materials in whatever state/form he needs it to be in. He can swap out materials but he cannot necessarily swap their properties.
Severe Weather Outbreak: X has the ability to not only control the weather but cause large scale massive disasters. Because his ability requries the upmost precision and detail, he can control the individual moving parts as well as the total output itself. For example, a tornado can only form under specific conditions. Xavier can control those conditions, adding or taking away whatever he needs to produce the tornado. If he desired, he could control the speed, direction, and strength of the tornado
Natural Laws: Entropic Destruction relies heavily on one's knowledge about different scientific laws. What laws the wielder can and cannot break depends upon the wielder and the inner workings of their mind. Since Xavier has acquired the skills and expertise of his team, he's able to break more laws or find work arounds. He's also able to better control his abilities and the smaller pieces at play.
Insane healing: Initially, Xavier did not have the ability of heal himself. But with the help of Paraphernalia, he's begun to learn more about the human body. In doing so, he's become more intune with his own body, allowing him to target and accelerate healing processes. For example, a broken bone can heal in a week rather than 2-3 months.
Ability Limits
In connection to Destroy & Decay, Xavier cannot swap the properties of two materials. For example, he can turn a brick into plastic (think legos or a child's toy) but he cannot give the brick plastic properities or the plastic brick properties. This is because Entropic Destruction leans on certain natural, scientific laws. The difference from other abilities is that these laws aren't concrete when applied to his ability.
Unfortuantely, if his heart or brain stops function properly, he cannot resuscitate himself. He also cannot heal other people. He cannot manipulate the properties of a living person or animal.
Xavier only has one limit for Severe Weather Outbreak. He isn't capable of stretching severe weather for extreme periods of time. X is technically capable of collapsing the galaxy but that would require an absurd amount of entropy, so he can't do that.
